For 10 days, restaurants will offer pre fix menus for lunch and dinner whereby majority of the restaurants will offer a 2 course lunch at KSH 950 and a 3 course dinner with a complimentary beverage at KSH 1950.
January 2017 Nairobi’s most exciting and biggest culinary event is set to return to the city with over 60 of the best restaurants, including the likes of Tribe, Asmara, Brew Bistro, Seven Seafood and Grill, and About Thyme. Each participating restaurant has created distinctive menus for the fourth edition of Nairobi Restaurant Week, which will take place from Thursday 26 th January - Sunday 5 th February 2017.
Nairobi Restaurant Week 2017 have teamed up with a spirits distributor, Pernod Ricard Kenya, whose extensive portfolio of spirits such as Absolut & Chivas will be on offer at participating restaurants. For 10 days, restaurants will offer pre fix menus for lunch and dinner whereby majority of the restaurants will offer a 2 course lunch at KSH 950 and a 3 course dinner with a complimentary beverage at KSH 1950. Few other restaurants will offer a 5 course dinner with a complimentary beverage at KSH3950.

In a bid to promote responsible drinking, EatOut have partnered up with a taxi-hailing app, Little Cabs, to offer discounted taxi rides to and from restaurants which can be redeemable using a voucher code. Other sponsors include, Wrigley, Bidco, Toyota, Tribe Hotel, Radio Africa Group, Waba, Brown’s Cheese, Kenya Tourism Board and Yummy Magazine. NRW 2017 patrons will have a chance to win a trip to Bangkok sponsored by Holiday Bazaar. Customers will also stand a chance to win Samsung phones.
This year EatOut will support Farm Africa as part of their CSR initiative. Farm Africa is an international organization that works to build a prosperous rural Africa. They help farmers to increase their harvests to build their incomes and sustain natural resources, partnering with governments and the private sector finding effective ways to fight poverty.
EatOut Kenya will host a charity cocktail night and all the proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to Farm Africa. Ashley Palmer – Watts is the Group Executive Head Chef at the Michelin starred Dinner by Heston Blumenthal. Chef Ashley will be joined by Chef Dennis, Chef Luca and Chef Alan and all these dynamic chefs will team up with some of the Kenya’s finest chefs to host an evening of world class dining to kickoff restaurant week.

What is Nairobi Restaurant Week
Nairobi Restaurant Week is an annual promotion that celebrates fine dining at an affordable price. Participating restaurants offer three-course prix-fixe menus for a limited time.
When is Nairobi Restaurant Week 2017?
Nairobi Restaurant Week takes place from January 26th to February 5th. Over 60 restaurants will be participating for 10 days.
How much will it cost?
Two course menus will be available for lunch only at Ksh 950 or three course menus at Ksh 1950 includes a complimentary beverage per person and will be clearly indicated on the Nairobi Restaurant Week website. Some restaurants will be offering a five course dinner option at Ksh 3950 includes a complimentary beverage. Prices are inclusive of taxes.
What's included in the fixed price menu?
Restaurants offer a minimum of two choices for each course. Each restaurant will have at least one vegetarian option per course. All beverages are excluded.
What drink options are available?
Each restaurant will have a wine menu by WOW beverage to accompany their set menus. The restaurant’s full beverage menu will also be available to guests.
Do I need a reservation?
Reservations are highly recommended. However, the Nairobi Restaurant Week menu is offered to all guests, including walk-ins. We encourage you to make your reservation via the EatOut website (www.eatout.co.ke/ nairobi-restaurant-week)

Dennis started off with a kitchen porter job to fund his studies. Through his bright personality, artistic talent, passion to learn and curiosity for food, Dennis has gone on to achieve a significant amount within the Hospitality Industry.
