EatOut Founder Featured In Eye-Opening Digital Kenya Book
Shah, alongside Naked Pizza Founder Ritesh Doshi, appears in Chapter 13 of the publication, titled: ‘The Hustling Entrepreneur on Trial’.
March 20th, 2017/-- EatOut Founder and CEO Mikul Shah was recently featured on the Digital Kenya book - a landmark publication featuring fourteen key experts from Kenya’s startup scene.
The businessman, alongside Naked Pizza Founder Ritesh Doshi, appears in Chapter 13 of the publication, titled: ‘The Hustling Entrepreneur on Trial’. Among other topics, Mikul Shah discussed how he got into investing as well as some of the market opportunities he has tested.
“Our main goal with EatOut at the moment is to ensure that we have the Number One market share within the industry and we have therefore explored many different opportunities. Our magazine Yummy and activities such as Nairobi Restaurant Week have done well to generate revenue and increase our presence as an industry authority,” says Mikul Shah of some of the market opportunities he has tested.
The Digital Kenya Book was edited by Bitange Ndemo and Tim Weiss. It presents evidence based recommendations to help Kenyans to continue producing globally impactful ICT innovations that improve the lives of those that wait on the side-lines, and to inspire other nations to do the same.
